We seek sophomores to seniors pursuing a Bachelor’s in Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering with strong problem-solving and Excel skills, plus the ability to travel if required. Housing support may be provided for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Sophomore, junior, or senior pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to work independently.
• Intermediate Excel skills and basic data analysis experience.
• Farming background or experience in agriculture, construction, or landscaping preferred, but not required.
• Some positions may require the ability to travel to other sites.

Responsibilities

• Supporting engineering processes and production line operations at the Racine facility.
• Applying root cause analysis to identify and implement robust, sustainable solutions to production challenges.
• Contributing to process improvement projects that enhance quality, productivity, and efficiency.
• Assisting with data analysis and reporting to support decision-making in manufacturing operations.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines and operational goals.
