Job summary

CNH Industrial is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer Intern for our Racine, WI, site. You will work with production teams, support process-optimization projects, and apply engineering principles in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate is a sophomore to senior pursuing a Bachelor’s in Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering, with strong problem-solving and Excel skills. Travel to other CNH sites may be required. Housing support is offered as part of the internship program.

Qualifications

• Sophomore, junior, or senior pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with ability to work independently.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Intermediate Excel skills and basic data analysis experience.

Responsibilities

• Supporting engineering processes and production line operations at the Racine facility
• Applying root cause analysis to identify and implement robust, sustainable solutions to production challenges
• Contributing to process improvement projects that enhance quality, productivity, and efficiency
• Assisting with data analysis and reporting to support decision-making in manufacturing operations
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines and operational goals
