Job summary

CNH Industrial is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer Intern for the Racine, Wisconsin site. The internship program offers mentorship, hands-on experience, and growth opportunities from May through August, with 40 hours per week for students currently enrolled in a related degree program.

You will support production line operations, apply root-cause analysis, and participate in process improvement projects while collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines.

Qualifications

• Sophomore, junior, or senior pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering or Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to work independently.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Intermediate Excel skills and basic data analysis experience.
• Experience or interest in agriculture, construction, or landscaping is a plus; travel to other sites may be required.

Responsibilities

• Supporting engineering processes and production line operations at the Racine facility.
• Applying root cause analysis to identify and implement robust, sustainable solutions to production challenges.
• Contributing to process improvement projects that enhance quality, productivity, and efficiency.
• Assisting with data analysis and reporting to support decision‑making in manufacturing operations.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines and operational goals.
