CNH Industrial invites motivated students to join the Racine Manufacturing Operations as a Manufacturing Engineer Intern. You will work with production teams, apply engineering principles, and support process optimization in a fast-paced plant environment.

Open to sophomores, juniors, or seniors pursuing a Bachelor's in Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering, with strong problem-solving, communication, and data analysis skills. Housing support offered as part of the internship program.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Intermediate Excel skills and basic data analysis experience
• Farming background or experience in agriculture, construction, or landscaping preferred

Responsibilities

• Support engineering processes and production line operations at the Racine facility
• Apply root cause analysis to identify robust, sustainable solutions to production challenges
• Contribute to process improvement projects that enhance quality, productivity, and efficiency
• Assist with data analysis and reporting to support decision-making in manufacturing operations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines and operational goals
