JVIS USA is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to optimize tooling and processing for injection molded parts, ensuring efficient program lifecycle management.

You will work with program teams to front-load manufacturing processes, implement APQP, and support launches while ensuring quality and customer satisfaction. Strong leadership and problem-solving, GD&T, and programming with Allen Bradley and Fanuc are valuable assets.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Manufacturing/Engineering.
• Minimum of three years’ experience in automotive industry with injection molded parts.
• GD&T experience (2+ years) and tooling/processing knowledge.

Responsabilités

• Front-load and optimize all aspects of the manufacturing process for each program.
• Assist with APQP process implementation.
• Support launches and resolve customer concerns with quality and manufacturing teams.
