Qualifications

• Minimum seven years' experience in plastic injection tooling for automotive parts.
• Automotive injection mold design/building experience is an absolute requirement.

Responsibilities

• Feasibility analysis for injection mold tooling.
• Review mold designs and kickoff tooling, follow build process.
• Manage all first sample trials and provide processing input.
• Tool tracking and reporting for current and new programs.
• Support engineering changes including cost considerations.
• Engage in continuous improvement opportunities as required.
• Maintain compliance with IATF 16949 / ISO 9001 / ISO 14001.
