Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree - technical required.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role.
• Automotive industry experience.
• High product launch exposure a plus.
• Plastics experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support product launch strategy.
• Develop workflow, effective layout and optimize processes.
• Lead Manufacturing Engineers in the development of project launch strategy.
• Maintain records for primary tools and selected equipment.
• Ensure ISO/TS16949 compliance and related standards.
