JVIS USA is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to optimize design for tooling and processing, resolve tooling issues, and implement Engineering Change Routing throughout programs. The role reports to the General Manager and requires hands-on tooling experience in automotive injection molded parts.

Responsibilities include front-loading manufacturing processes, supporting APQP, and ensuring compliance with IATF 16949 / ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 while maintaining safety and policy adherence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Manufacturing/Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Minimum three years in automotive with injection molded parts and assemblies.
• Strong GD&T and tooling/process understanding.

Responsabilités

• Front-load and optimize manufacturing process on each program.
• Assist APQP process implementation.
• Support launch of new programs with customer, manufacturing, and quality.
• Resolve customer concerns with manufacturing and quality.
• Maintain compliance with IATF 16949 / ISO 9001 / ISO 14001.
• Follow safety, housekeeping and company policies.
