JVIS USA is seeking a Controls Engineer to contribute to product design optimization for tooling and processing, resolve tooling issues during program phases, and oversee engineering document processing. The role reports to the General Manager and requires collaboration with the program team to streamline manufacturing and APQP activities.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in a manufacturing/engineering field, at least three years in automotive injection molding, hands-on tooling

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Manufacturing/Engineering; automotive focus preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in the automotive industry with injection molded parts/assemblies.
• Experience with GD&T and tooling/processing in a manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on tooling and processing experience and leadership/problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication skills and proficiency with standard PC software.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with program team to front-load and optimize manufacturing processes.
• Assist with APQP implementation and program launches.
• Support customers, manufacturing, and quality on new programs and concerns.
• Ensure compliance with TS 16949 / ISO 9001 / ISO 14001.
• Adhere to safety and company policies.
