Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering required.
• Over 10 years of engineering experience in injection molding and tooling/manufacturing.
• Hard Trim/Soft Trim engineering experience mandatory.
• Plant launch experience with interior molded components.
• Working knowledge of Teamcenter and Catia advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead design from concept through program launch.
• Provide direction to designers and develop DVPs/DFMEA.
• Assist in GD&T and gage plans.
• Perform design reviews and document findings.
• Collaborate with Program Managers to track engineering hours.
• Ensure safe, reliable, and efficient equipment through maintenance.
