Job summary

Blue Origin LLC is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer III to join the team in Kent, WA or Cape Canaveral, FL. The role involves serving as the manufacturing technical focal for assigned subsystems and driving excellence in manufacturing processes throughout the lifecycle from concept to production.

Ideal candidates will have a bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering, at least 7 years' experience in aerospace manufacturing, and strong project management capabilities.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in aerospace or complex manufacturing environments.
• Experience planning and supporting R&D hardware builds.
• Proven success influencing design requirements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the manufacturing focal for assigned subsystems.
• Develop manufacturing artifacts including readiness level assessments.
• Partner with management to identify manufacturing risks.
