Job summary

Regal Rexnord - Aerospace Solutions is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer III to design and improve manufacturing processes and equipment. You will translate specifications into practical layouts, work with internal teams and external suppliers, and drive projects from concept to validation.

The role emphasizes waste reduction, cost improvement, and lead-time improvements, with opportunities to mentor others and lead cross-functional initiatives across a production environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in mechanical/industrial engineering or related field.
5+ years manufacturing experience preferred.
Experience leading cross-functional projects and kaizen events.

Responsibilities

Develops specifications for processes, equipment, or tooling to meet objectives.
Creates runoff and validation plans for processes and equipment and executes when needed.
Leads kaizen activities to improve waste, cost, and lead time.
Mentors engineers and technicians and supports cross-functional teams.
