Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in mechanical engineering with required experience; PhD optional with different requirements.
• Experience reading specifications, parts lists, and engineering drawings.
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement manufacturing processes related to SMT routing and manufacturing.
• Troubleshoot and support complex manufacturing equipment.
• Compile data and analyze manufacturing process for process control.
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to develop and implement process improvements and solutions.
• Support operators and technicians through troubleshooting and training.
• Monitor product yields and maintain program yield targets.
• Attend program meetings to report yield issues and corrective actions.
• Interface with manufacturing management, technicians, and engineers across teams.
