Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with 2 years in manufacturing engineering or related field, or Master's with 0 years.
1 year of experience with data mining, data analysis, or data visualization tools.
Ability to obtain DoD Secret clearance and travel at least 10%.

Responsibilities

Analyze lead times, queue times, WIP, cycle times, and throughput to meet demand.
Build scalable models to optimize product flow with cost/schedule/resource constraints.
Develop scheduling tools and align SAP/MRP with executable plans.
Incorporate interdependencies across cost centers, programs, equipment, and tools.
Define requirements planning and data framework with IT and analytics teams.
Collaborate with developers on scheduling UI across cost centers.
Guide digital transformation aligned with sector and enterprise strategies.
Lead and drive changes using iterative and agile methods.
Create metrics and data visualizations to monitor shop floor performance.
Complete time studies and follow through on actions.
