Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or related field is required.
- 5+ years of progressive engineering or technically focused roles.
- Master’s degree or certifications like PMP are a plus.
- Strong problem solving and cross-functional leadership abilities.
Responsibilities
- Apply engineering principles across broad assignments and related fields.
- Lead cross-functional teams or projects with minimal resources.
- Develop and implement new technologies of moderate scope.
- Ensure compliance with QMS, FDA regulations, safety and quality requirements.
- Draft protocols, reports and work instructions; review peers’ documents.
- Contribute to cost-effective production improvements and reliability.
