Job summary

You will collaborate with manufacturing, quality and supply chain teams to ensure safety, quality and cost goals, maintain engineering documentation, and lead or participate in projects introducing new processes within the Integer Production System.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant engineering experience.
• Ability to work independently and with cross‑functional teams.
• Familiarity with Quality Management Systems (QMS)

Responsibilities

• Perform general engineering work and apply standard methods to production lines.
• Develop and implement process and equipment improvements.
• Support manufacturing operations and resolve production issues.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on manufacturability and cost.
• Maintain engineering documents and MES configuration.
