Job summary

You will collaborate with Engineering and Sourcing, review designs for manufacturability, drive IPDS and APQP activities, manage cost-out efforts, and ensure readiness and risk mitigation. A bachelor’s degree in engineering and 2+ years of related experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or STEM discipline required.
• 2+ years of Engineering, Program Management, or Integrated Supply Chain experience.
• Proficient in analyzing manufacturing data and implementing process optimizations.
• Experience with manufacturing process development and cross-functional team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of new manufacturing techniques.
• Review designs for cost, quality, manufacturability, and yield.
• Manage Manufacturing Readiness Level (MRL) items to meet IPDS goals.
• Manage Unit Product Cost (UPC) models and APQP goals.
• Ensure Design benefits from APQP artifacts (PMAP, DFMEA, PFMEA, Control Plan, PPAP).
• Interface with Engineering and Sourcing to identify Suppliers meeting capacity, cost, and capability goals.
