Job summary

EchoStar Corporation is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to design, test, and implement new production processes and equipment. You will work with cross-disciplinary teams to improve productivity, quality, and safety while documenting workflows and specifications.

The role requires a mechanical/industrial engineering background, 2+ years of experience (5+ preferred), and proficiency in CAD tools (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering required; master's degree a plus.
• 2+ years' industry experience required; 5+ years' experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, test, and implement new processes, equipment, and workflows to optimize production.
• Evaluate existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement in productivity, quality, safety, and cost.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, including work instructions, SOEs, visual aids, and process flow diagrams.
