Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• 5+ years in medical device manufacturing or similar.
• Lean manufacturing and NPD/launch support desirable.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Familiarity with ISO and FDA regulations; GD&T knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to safety and quality requirements including FDA/ISO standards.
• Develops and implements lean processes in a cellular environment.
• Performs root cause analysis to drive improvements and reduce waste.
• Creates and maintains standard work and process work instructions.
• Defines project plans and leads launches of new products in contract manufacturing.
• Collaborates with development, machinists, and suppliers to evaluate designs.
• Develops tooling, fixtures, and equipment to improve productivity and cost.
