Vander-Bend, a division of Vantedge Medical, is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer II to lead process development in our Stockton, CA site. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in similar technical roles, including medical device manufacturing.
• Lean manufacturing experience preferred.
• Proficiency with ISO and FDA regulations, and GD&T.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to safety and quality requirements and regulatory standards.
• Develops and implements lean processes and tooling to improve throughput and quality.
• Performs root cause analysis to identify and implement process improvements.
• Creates documentation such as standard work and process instructions.
• Leads CAPAs and validates processes and equipment for manufacturability.
