Job summary

Getinge Group in Merrimack, NH is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer II to support the commercialized production of medical devices. You will apply process development, lean practices, and CAPA to improve quality, yield, and cycle times in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities include leading equipment troubleshooting, developing work instructions, performing IQ/OQ/PQ validation, and collaborating with QA, R&D and maintenance teams to resolve issues and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of manufacturing experience in medical devices preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and data-analysis skills.
• Experience with ISO, FDA familiarity preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office; Minitab preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supports production/manufacturing operations.
• Leads scrap reduction and Lean initiatives.
• Develops work instructions for production transfer.
• Performs process development and validation (IQ/OQ/PQ).
• Executes ECOs and equipment documentation.
• Analyzes test results and supports CAPA activities.
