Job summary

Getinge in Merrimack, NH is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support the production of medical devices within a regulated environment. You will improve processes, develop work instructions, and lead optimization initiatives to reduce downtime and waste while ensuring quality and regulatory compliance.

The role emphasizes electro-mechanical troubleshooting, CAD/SolidWorks design input, and cross-functional collaboration with maintenance, quality, and R&D teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of manufacturing experience in medical devices.
• Strong electro-mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Proficient in data analysis and problem solving.
• Experience with FDA requirements and lean manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supports production/manufacturing.
• Leads lean initiatives and scrap reduction.
• Develops process documentation and training.
• Performs data analysis and CAPA activities.
• Executes ECOs and equipment verifications.
• Supports quality systems and investigations.
