Job summary

Regal Rexnord Nook Cleveland Division is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer responsible for developing, documenting, and improving manufacturing and assembly processes to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production.

This role creates and maintains assembly process drawings, work instructions, standard work documentation, and manufacturing procedures while supporting continuous improvement initiatives and production operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or manufacturing engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum of three years related engineering experience.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and communicate effectively.
• Proven experience developing tooling, fixturing, and gages.
• Proficient in Word and Excel; SolidWorks knowledge; GD&T.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain assembly process documentation and work instructions.
• Collaborate with design, quality, production, and supply chain teams for manufacturability.
• Support new product introductions with processes and tooling requirements.
• Lead continuous improvement efforts including DOE and lean initiatives.
• Create operation-specific process prints using SolidWorks.
• Develop process routings considering tolerances and post-processing steps.
• Plan schedules for manufacturing projects and troubleshoot as needed.
• Implement quality plans to meet part requirements.
