Job summary

Delevan, part of Regal Rexnord, is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to lead manufacturing processes, workflow characterization, and process monitoring. The role emphasizes troubleshooting and driving continuous improvement and corrective actions across the operation.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including purchasing, planning, operations, quality, and product management to implement improvements, develop standard work, and support audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering preferred.
• Five years’ experience with process improvement in manufacturing.
• Experience with Lean Six Sigma or similar methods.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong electrical/electromechanical design aptitude; hands-on engineering mindset.

Responsibilities

• Analyze workflows across departments to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with purchasing, planning, operations, quality, and product management on continuous improvement.
• Review bills of materials and engineering drawings and provide updates.
• Use data to identify improvement opportunities and cost savings.
• Lead projects with cost tracking, ROI, and resource planning.
• Support AS/ISO audits and supplier audits.
• Develop standard work for safe, efficient production.
• Travel less than 5% as needed.
