Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements production methods and controls to meet quality and cost targets.
• Troubleshoot manufacturing issues to resolve processing problems and reduce downtime.
• Evaluate process flow and plant layout; implement improvements to throughput and safety.
• Develops costs for test production data and recommends methods to meet design objectives.
• Reviews vendor proposals for equipment upgrades and monitors improvements.
• Continuously monitors operations for compliance with methods and quality standards.
• Coordinates and develops manufacturing schedules for projects.
• Develops PFMEA control plans and schedules.
• Performs line validation and trial run management.
