Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develops production methods and controls to meet quality at low cost.
• Troubleshoots manufacturing issues, resolving tooling and process problems.
• Evaluates process flow and plant layout to improve throughput and safety.
• Develops cost data for test production and recommends methods.
• Reviews vendor proposals and monitors equipment upgrades.
• Monitors operations for compliance with approved methods and standards.
• Coordinates manufacturing schedules for projects.
• Develops PFMEA control plans and schedules.
• Performs line validation and manages trial runs.
