Job summary
Equiliem is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer II in Waltham, MA to support product redesign, fixture development, and process improvements on the Transducer Production Engineering team. You will work hands-on on the shop floor, collaborate across Quality, Product Management, and Operations, and drive continuous improvement initiatives for safety, ergonomics, quality, and efficiency.
The role requires 3+ years in manufacturing engineering, SolidWorks expertise, and experience with ECNs in a PLM
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering.
- 3+ years in manufacturing or production engineering.
- SolidWorks proficiency with part modeling and drawings; ECN in PLM.
- Knowledge of machining, bonding, and assembly; GD&T understanding.
Responsibilities
- Create, update, and maintain SolidWorks CAD models, assemblies, and drawings.
- Design, procure, and implement production fixtures and tooling.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, work instructions, and workflows.
- Execute and manage ECNs within the PLM system.
- Analyze manufacturing data using Excel and Power BI.
