Job summary

TouchPoint Inc. in Medford, OR is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support existing products and develop new processes to improve efficiency, quality, and safety.

You will design procedures, tooling, and work instructions; use SolidWorks for drawings; apply Lean Six Sigma to reduce waste and optimize line setup; collaborate with manufacturing teams to ensure reliable, scalable operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering required.
• Strong CAD skills and experience with SolidWorks.
• Experience with Lean Six Sigma and process improvement is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop robust manufacturing procedures, tooling, and fixtures meeting safety and quality needs.
• Drive standardization and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Apply Lean & Six Sigma to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
• Monitor equipment utilization and maximize output while minimizing downtime.
• Lead sourcing strategies and product transfers to/from suppliers and internal facilities.
• Create and update component/assembly drawings using SolidWorks for production teams.
