Job summary

Dover Corporation is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer at the Jenks, Oklahoma facility to support new product development and cost data updates. You will design fixtures, optimize processes, and work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and efficient production.

Responsibilities include problem solving, process documentation, safety improvements, and capital project proposals to enhance manufacturing capabilities. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of successful experience or equivalent.
• Willingness to travel as required or directed.

Responsibilities

• Provides Manufacturing Engineering support to assigned areas, including day-to-day problem solving and maintenance of process documentation.
• Creates and maintains method of manufacture documents.
• Modifies process to improve safety, reduce production problems and deficiencies.
• Reviews engineering drawings, assesses feasibility and estimates manufacturing costs.
• Collaborates with design engineering to develop and improve manufacturing methods.
• Represents manufacturing interests in New Product Development Core Team meetings.
• Writes proposals for capital projects to upgrade manufacturing efficiency and capabilities.
• Manages site improvement plans aligned with Dover’s Operational Model.
