Job summary
Amphenol Communications Solutions (ACS), a division of Amphenol Corporation, seeks an experienced NPI Process Engineering Manager to lead global process development teams and advance manufacturing processes for connectors and interconnect systems. You will guide design reviews, DFMs, and DOE-driven improvements across multiple sites.

Qualifications
- BS in Engineering (Manufacturing, Electromechanical or Mechanical).
- 10+ years in Process Engineering, Process Qualification, or NPI in electronics/connector manufacturing.
Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate activities for the NPI teams globally.
- Participate in Design Reviews and provide feedback on DFMs.
- Collect process data and analyze to optimize assembly processes.
- Support process qualification and customer samples through NPI.
- Lead transfer to Production after development docs are completed.
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for production issues.
- Ensure timely resolution of manufacturing, supply chain, or product issues.
- Document process specs, work instructions, and engineering change notices.
- Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and supply chain to improve yield and reliability.
- Apply Lean, Six Sigma and related methodologies to improve processes.
- Mentor and lead a team, fostering accountability and excellence.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and lead engineering projects.
