Job summary

Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems in Clearfield, UT seeks an Associate/Manufacturing Engineer Level 1/2 to support high-volume, high-mix production in a 9/80 schedule, 7:00 am to 4:30 pm, on-site in the FCC building. You will collaborate with IPTs to improve processes and reduce downtime while building quality into every step.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM with 0–1 year in manufacturing or related fields.
• Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Ability to obtain and maintain U.S. Government Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate within an IPT to develop process improvements.
• Work with manufacturing personnel in highly automated production of composite aerospace components.
• Author, modify, and audit shop floor EWIs.
• Support RCCA activities to permanently eliminate defects.
• Troubleshoot production equipment and tooling issues and implement improvements.
