Job summary

RTX Collins Aerospace in Largo, FL is hiring a Manufacturing Engineer to support the Largo Consolidated Manufacturing Center. You will help develop manufacturing documentation, provide production support, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure program success.

You will work on processes across depot and production programs, troubleshoot manufacturing challenges, and contribute to continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with military standards and customer requirements.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship with the ability to obtain a DoD security clearance.
• University degree or equivalent experience with <2 years of relevant work.
• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation, processes, and work instructions.
• Provide production support on and off the factory floor for programs from introduction to sustaining activities.
• Collaborate with design, process engineers, factory operations, and program management teams.
• Support the technical performance of multiple depot and production programs.
• Assist with troubleshooting and resolving manufacturing challenges to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to optimize manufacturing processes.
• Ensure compliance with relevant military and industry standards and specifications.
