Job summary

This role requires managing new product introductions, coordinating technical requirements, and leading initiatives for quality and cost improvements. The ideal candidate will have experience with PCB assembly processes and hold a Bachelor's in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in PCB assembly processes and methodologies required.
• Experience with SMT, through-hole, and other PCB assembly techniques preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Review and optimize customer PCB designs for manufacturability.
• Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) activities and project management.
• Develop and maintain detailed manufacturing processes and documentation.
• Manage engineering changes and Bill of Materials in SAP.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for successful product launches.
• Support quality initiatives including PPAP and PFMEA.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions.
• Procure and manage tooling and fixtures for manufacturing.
