Job summary

Qualifications

• 4-years of high school or Associate degree or higher
• More than 1 year of process improvement experience
• Experience in SMT technology development and new product introduction
• Experience in stencil design

Responsibilities

• Lead root cause analysis investigations and customer complaint resolution.
• Train technicians and operators to standardize processes.
• Design and apply Stencil plans and effect tracking.
• Lead Failure Analysis report preparation and report consolidation.
• Summarize and refine risk points for proactive improvement.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as required or requested.
