Job summary

Foxconn Technology Group is seeking multiple SMT equipment engineers to ensure reliable operation of SMT production-line equipment. You will lead preventive maintenance, rapid troubleshooting, and process optimization to support high-precision electronics manufacturing.

Responsibilities include calibrations, downtime reduction, equipment parameter adjustments, and collaboration with production, process, and quality teams.

Qualifications

Associate degree or higher in Electronics, Mechanical, Automation or related fields.
More than 2 years SMT equipment maintenance experience.
Familiar with brands FUJI, Universal, GKG, Holly, Anda, Speedline, Asymtek.
Ability to read schematics and operate diagnostic tools.
Strong interdepartmental communication and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

Perform daily, preventive, and calibration maintenance on SMT equipment.
Diagnose failures quickly and implement emergency repairs.
Adjust placement accuracy and printing parameters to improve yield.
Promote equipment modification and performance projects.
Write SOPs and failure analysis reports.
Train technicians and coordinate with production, process, and quality teams.
