Doosan Bobcat North America, Inc. offers Co-op and Internship opportunities across 18 functions, designed to empower undergraduate students to apply classroom knowledge to real-world projects. Co-ops are 8 months full-time, internships are semester-long and part-time, with potential extensions.

You will work with skilled professionals at a global company, gaining hands-on experience, learning lean practices, and contributing to real-life manufacturing initiatives while pursuing your degree.

Qualificações

• Freshman, Sophomore, Junior or Senior standing pursuing Mechanical/Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering with 3.0+ GPA preferred.
• Full-time commitment for the entire term: 8 months (Co-op) or 4 months (Internship).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in developing layouts for capital projects.
• Develop time studies for line balancing and setup reduction.
• Assist in fabrication: new product and ECN implementation.
• Create programs for lasers, plasmas, brakes and turret machines.
• Calculate cycle times.
• Assist in Lean/DFT initiatives and automation programs.
• Assist in process documentation, workflow and work-content identification.
• Contribute to continual improvement of factory safety, quality, reliability and productivity.
• Assist in solution development and implementation.
• Support paint line and conveyor weight capacity projects.
• Help reduce defects and improve paint quality.
