The roles involve working within 18 different functions and collaborating with skilled professionals on real-world projects across our global manufacturing operations. Co-ops offer an eight-month, full-time employment experience, while internships provide a four-month, part-time option.

Qualifications

• Freshman, Sophomore, Junior, or Senior standing seeking a degree in Ag System Technology, Ag Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related technical field
• Excellent communications skills and high level of motivation
• Travel Required: <10>
• Attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
• Team player, fast learner, and adaptable to change
• A self-starter and will dig into problems independently and will look for limited guidance
• Be able to commit to Doosan Bobcat for the entire term of the co-op (8 months) or internship (4 months)
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to follow written instructions

Responsibilities

• Disassemble products for Service Manual revision and/or Labor Time verification
• Conduct trend analysis of product field performance
• Operate products for audit and verification purposes
• Use statistical tools for advanced prediction of machine warranty
• Communicate directly with our dealer network
• Process warranty return parts, and participate in tear down analysis
• Troubleshoot Dealer technical questions on machines needing repair
