Job summary

Doosan Bobcat North America, Inc. invites students to join our Co-op or Internship program across multiple locations, including Statesville.

You will gain hands-on experience by contributing to engineering projects, supporting prototypes, and refining product designs with Creo and ECNs, while working within cross-functional teams and real-world production environments. Eligible students are pursuing Agricultural or Mechanical Engineering with a 3.0+ GPA, ready to commit to an 8-month co-op or

Qualifications

• Freshman to Senior pursuing an Engineering degree (Agricultural or Mechanical).
• GPA 3.0+ preferred.
• Commitment: full-time for 8 months (Co-op) or 4 months (internship).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Passion for sustainability and environmental responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Create/modify parts and engineering drawings using Creo.
• Update ECNs and Bills of Materials (BOM).
• Support prototype builds, testing, and maintenance of engineering equipment.
• Analyze test results to improve product designs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve design challenges.
• Participate in design reviews and provide input on product improvements.
