Job summary

Cintal, Inc. in Pontiac, IL is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer with 8–10 years of experience to support production processes and lead process improvements within the ME group.

You will collaborate with quality, operations, and design teams to validate new machining methods and implement efficient, repeatable workflows on the shop floor. The role requires a bachelor’s in engineering (or comparable experience) and hands-on CNC programming.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering preferred; comparable experience considered.
• 8–10 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in manufacturing and machining environment.
• Authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Support production processes and process improvement initiatives in the ME group.
• Assist daily manufacturing operations on the shop floor.
• Validate new processes and improvements with quality, operations, and design teams.
