Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering or related technical field
• Experience in manufacturing engineering and process improvement is a plus
• Knowledge of CNC machining centers, automated systems, tooling, and process controls
• Ability to troubleshoot and drive root cause analysis in high‑volume manufacturing
• Familiarity with capacity planning, production forecasting, and resource management
• Experience with data‑driven decision making using manufacturing systems like Power BI or SAP

Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance on major manufacturing projects with supplier collaboration
• Coordinate systems implementation across the plant
• Evaluate designs from suppliers to improve feasibility and cost
• Support manufacturing engineers and operators to develop high‑quality products and processes
