Cintal, a global technology company, is seeking a seasoned Manufacturing Engineer to support production processes and drive process improvements on the shop floor in Pontiac, IL. You will collaborate with quality, operations, and design teams to validate new processes while advancing manufacturing efficiency and reliability.

The role requires 8–10 years in manufacturing, a Bachelor’s in engineering, and hands-on CNC programming experience.

Qualifications

• Eight to ten years of experience in manufacturing and machining.
• Experience with CNC programming and process development.

Responsibilities

• Part of the ME group supporting production processes and process improvement initiatives.
• Support daily operations in the manufacturing process.
• Work with quality, operations, and design teams to validate new processes and process improvements.
