Base pay range

$80,000.00/yr - $95,000.00/yr

  • Analyze and enhance current manufacturing processes to improve quality and efficiency.
  • Meet performance metrics related to safety, quality, cost, and productivity.
  • Lead projects for new products and technologies, managing costs and vendor relationships.
  • Gather and analyze factory data to identify areas for process improvement.
  • Document and support continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality and cycle times.
  • Develop financial justifications for equipment and process changes.
  • Address challenges related to people, processes, and equipment with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Foster relationships with customers and vendors.
  • Engage in fixture and tool design, along with some process engineering responsibilities.

Profile

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing engineering or a similar role.
  • Skills:
    • Proficiency in manufacturing processes and related technical applications.
    • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
    • Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
