Job summary

MJMorgan Group seeks an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to lead capital projects, equipment validation, and continuous improvement in a regulated manufacturing setting. You will work with cross-functional teams to introduce new tech, optimize processes, and ensure compliance with cGMP and ISO standards.

You will collaborate with global engineering, Production, Quality, and Maintenance to boost OEE, product quality, and equipment reliability while mentoring junior staff and supporting travel

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related engineering field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum four years in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Experience managing CAPEX projects and equipment implementation.
• Knowledge of validation methods (URS, FMEA, IQ/OQ/PQ).

Responsibilities

• Lead CAPEX projects and new equipment introductions to improve production efficiency.
• Manage projects from planning through implementation including scope, schedule, budget.
• Support validation activities: URS, FMEA, IQ/OQ/PQ, Process Validation, FAT/SAT.
• Prepare audit-ready docs for cGMP and ISO compliance.
• Lead change control, CAPA, deviations, and quality investigations.
• Drive Lean Six Sigma to improve OEE, uptime, and cycle times.
• Develop SOPs, preventive maintenance, and parts inventories.
• Collaborate with global engineering on automated equipment and vision systems.
• Travel to suppliers and company facilities within the U.S. and internationally.
