Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
• 2–5 years of Manufacturing Engineering experience or equivalent.
• Experience supporting machining, fabrication, assembly, or other manufacturing operations.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and production workflows.
• Experience with CAD/CAM software and manufacturing documentation.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop manufacturing processes and production routings based on customer and engineering requirements.
• Plan fabrication and assembly sequences to ensure efficient production and product quality.
• Design, specify, and procure tooling, fixtures, and equipment required to support manufacturing operations.
• Program CNC equipment to effectively produce components and improve manufacturing efficiency.
• Analyze and resolve manufacturing, fabrication, and tooling issues.
• Create and revise manufacturing drawings and documentation using CAD software.
• Support corrective action investigations and participate in MRB activities.
• Identify opportunities to reduce costs, improve cycle times, and streamline operations through process improvements.
• Manage engineering and manufacturing projects while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure compliance with company, customer, military, and contractual requirements.
