Job summary

Integrated Project Management Company (IPM) is seeking a Project Engineer with CAPEX experience in manufacturing to help lead capital projects and embed Lean, OpEx and continuous improvement principles. The role involves driving capital roadmaps, value realization, and coordinating with Quality, Validation, and Regulatory teams to ensure compliant, right-first-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Operations Management or similar.
• 6+ years of professional experience delivering capital projects in consulting or matrixed environments.
• Familiarity with GMP, FDA, OSHA, ISO and environmental requirements.

Responsibilities

• Ensure successful delivery outcomes across end-to-end or phase-driven projects within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Manage projects to IPM standards with focus on value realization.
• Advise client leaders, translate strategy into capital roadmaps, and manage vendor relationships.
• Lead or support front-end planning, scope definition and design readiness for capital projects.
• Embed Lean, OpEx and Continuous Improvement into capital planning and execution.
• Collaborate with Quality, Validation, and Regulatory teams to ensure compliant delivery.
• Integrate capital projects into site OpEx and quality maturity models.
• Support growth, automation, sustainability, and productivity investments while minimizing downtime.
