Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Evaluate manufacturing fixtures, equipment, and hand tools to support current and future production needs.
• Conduct time studies to identify opportunities to improve manufacturing efficiency and productivity.
• Support the design, evaluation, and improvement of manufacturing equipment, fixtures, and processes.
• Oversee the plant ergonomics program and identify opportunities to improve workplace safety.
• Assist with plant health and safety initiatives.
• Collaborate with production, maintenance, engineering, and other departments to support manufacturing operations.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance quality, efficiency, and equipment performance.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on manufacturing processes, ergonomics, and operational efficiency.
