Job summary

Milwaukee Tool is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer in West Bend, WI to provide production support and manage multiple small to moderately complex projects. You will deliver timely implementation and provide technical direction to ensure smooth operations and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities include leading projects with cross-functional teams, working with robotics and PLCs, applying SPC for problem solving, and mentoring technicians while supporting quality systems and 8D actions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or technical field is required.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in manufacturing or engineering.
• Knowledge in metals manufacturing processes is a plus.
• Experience managing small to medium complexity projects.
• Excellent problem identification and resolution skills.
• Ability to work hands-on with manufacturing equipment.
• Strong analytical skills with process evaluation tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide production support and troubleshoot operations to keep equipment under control.
• Lead and manage multiple small to moderately complex projects from start to finish.
• Guide cross-functional teams and coordinate with suppliers/integrators for automation.
• Apply SPC and data analysis to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
