Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related technical discipline or equivalent experience.
• Experience in manufacturing engineering, process engineering, industrial engineering, production engineering, or capital project implementation.
• Experience with Lean manufacturing, structured problem solving, PFMEA, Control Plans, and process documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead Manufacturing Engineering activities for New Capital Introduction and related projects in Assembly operations.
• Benchmark processes to identify best practices, gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Develop current-state and future-state layouts, process flows, and workstations.
• Develop engineering specifications, requirements, and acceptance criteria for equipment and tooling.
• Collaborate with OEMs and suppliers to evaluate and select manufacturing solutions.
• Apply PFMEA, control plans, process documentation, and risk assessments in reviews.
• Manage project plans, schedules, budgets, risks, and launch-readiness actions.
• Coordinate readiness of people, processes, equipment, materials, quality controls, and maintenance.
• Lead cross-functional reviews and implement corrective actions.
• Apply Lean principles and visual management to improve safety, quality, velocity, and cost.
• Analyze data to identify variation, bottlenecks, and opportunities for capability improvement.
• Utilize structured problem-solving methods (A3, 8D, DMAIC) and root cause analysis.
• Support equipment runoff, installation, commissioning, and production startup.
• Communicate status, recommendations, risks, and decisions to stakeholders.
