Qualifications

• College degree in a technical curriculum; equivalent experience may be considered where appropriate.
• Experience leading project teams on capital equipment and facility infrastructure projects.
• Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, PFMEA, and problem solving knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of project managers for capital equipment, automation, and facility readiness projects.
• Ensure projects meet safety, quality, cost, schedule, production readiness, and capacity targets.
• Review capacity, cycle times, labor, material flow, bottlenecks, and contingencies.
• Foster accountability, collaboration, urgency, and data-driven decision making.
• Coach project managers with feedback and stretch assignments to grow leadership.
