Qualifications

• Experience leading capital equipment projects from concept to execution.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with engineering, procurement, and operations.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and capital project methods.
• Ability to identify risks and apply mitigation plans.
• Familiarity with Lean principles and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead capital projects for new manufacturing equipment, tooling, and automation.
• Oversee project lifecycle: concept, design review, procurement, installation, validation, readiness, and handoff.
• Coordinate evaluations, capacity analysis, and equipment specs to meet requirements.
• Identify risks and drive mitigation and issue resolution.
